Do I need to be in shape before I start?
Absolutely not. That is exactly why I am here. Whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym or you’re an athlete looking to break a plateau, I meet you exactly where you are. We’ll build your fitness foundation safely and at a pace that works for you.
What happens if I have to miss a session?
I understand that life happens. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. As long as you notify me at least 24 hours in advance, we can reschedule your session for another time that week. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited session.
How soon will I see results?
Yes, you’re welcome to wait while we detail your car! We have a comfortable waiting area with seating, Wi-Fi, and refreshments for your convenience. Depending on the level of service, detailing can take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours.
Do I need a gym membership?
It depends on the package you choose! I offer sessions at [Insert Gym Name], but I also provide mobile training where I bring the equipment to you, or remote coaching for those who prefer to work out at home.
Is nutrition coaching included?
Yes! Training is only half the battle. All of my packages include some level of nutritional guidance, ranging from basic habit tracking to full macro-nutrient breakdowns and meal planning, depending on your goals.
Can I train with a friend?
Definitely. I offer “Duo” sessions at a discounted rate per person. It’s a great way to stay motivated and keep the costs down while still getting professional coaching.
